1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Zupitar website. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order you accept them in full.

2. Definitions

- “We/Us/Our” – Zupitar (the bakery business).

- “You/Your” – the site visitor or customer.

- “Products” – all baked goods listed for sale.

- “Order” – a completed purchase request.

3. Account

- You may browse without an account, but ordering requires registration.

- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password secure.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Orders

- Orders are subject to product availability; we may cancel if stock is insufficient.

- Once confirmed, you receive an email receipt with the Order ID.

- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

5. Pricing & Payment

- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes; additional delivery fees apply where indicated.

- Payment is processed via secure third‑party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, phonepay).

- Your card will be charged only after the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

- Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.) all orders placed will be delivered within 2-3 hours of orders placed .

- All deliveries are made to the address entered at checkout.

- Perishable items are packaged to maintain freshness but are not refundable if damaged in transit.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- Due to the nature of baked goods, returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items.

- Request a refund within 24 hours of delivery; we will arrange pickup and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

- Exchanges are not offered; you may place a new order instead.

8. Intellectual Property

- All website content, logos, and product images belong to Zupitar.

- You may use them only for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

9. User Conduct

- You agree not to:

    - Use the site for illegal or harmful activities.

    - Attempt to hack or scrape the platform.

    - Post offensive or defamatory content.

10. Privacy

- Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

11. Limitation of Liability

- Zupitar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zupitar, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.
